Is this the one incident which has provoked all to cry and shout for justice?
They say every fifteen minutes there is one rape case in our country, 4 in one hour, 96 in one day, 2880 in one month and about 34260 in one year. How many of these rape victims have got justice through our judiciary? How many of these rape victims have committed suicide being unable to bear trauma? How many have been victimized more by the police, society and our political system?
And how many of the culprits have really got punishment and how many still roam scot-free? Pray they don’t make others prey of their barbarism!
Who is to be blamed-the police, the politicians or the judiciary?
I blame myself if I contribute to bring such system into power by voting for it. All of us are to be blamed. We the people give power to the police, the judiciary and the politicians yet when we want to exert our rights and want justice we have to run from pillar to post.
Our police don’t entertain our complaints with gravity, our laws make our mockery, our politicians turn deaf ears to our pleas of rights and justice.
Our own people, our own system denies us our rights– why, what for?
We have murderers in our parliament and we seek protection of our lives from them, we have rapists in our parliament and we ask them safety of women, we have dacoits in our parliament and we seek custody of our wealth from them… what a paradox? Will they ever bring stringent laws to bring the culprits to the book? Answer is a big NO.
How long people are going to protest, shout and go for candle light marches?
After a week or so the whole matter will subside. It happens like this every time whether it is rape case, cold blooded murder, honor killing[something that is really condemnable] we talk, discuss, debate shout slogans, but everything falls on deaf ears.
Our laws are impotent, out-dated and ridiculous still politicians and some people want to cling to them because for them breaking such laws is better option than changing the laws.
And many a times it is heard by us we can’t disrespect our constitution by going against laws. But can’t we ask for amendments of laws if they are redundant and if they don’t serve the need of time.
Why can’t public opinion s and vote be taken to change our constitution?
How we can rely on parliamentarians and what we can expect from such parliamentarians of those many are poorly qualified, many are murderers, rapists and involved in scams and scandals.
If we want to change the present scenario and the present system, we have to change our views and we have to change such parliamentarians, MLAs who have become custodians of our destinies by being into power. Unless we change them, we can’t bring change by only some good people in parliament and our legislative assemblies.

Its the slap to not just Indian Judiciary, ministry and public but to the whole manhood which feels incapacitate approach to pass the right values and culture to the people around and the coming Generation!!!
However, if someone blamed here should not just be the law but its lawyers as well who even think of culprits and its career over the suffered grave of men!!! I must say Holy $hit!!!
I request you all comment and vote for the Change in name of humanity and in name of peace for the future.
